Hydraulic Piping Services in Chennai

Below you will get a two-minute insight into our company. Find out what has distinguished us as a manufacturer of ultra-high-pressure thermoplastic hoses since 2019 and get an impression of our corporate culture and our production.

Engineering Access manufactures the widest range of pipe tools and machines, including tools to grab, tighten and cut pipes, as well as machines to thread and groove pipes.
The pipe tools include a lifetime warranty and the machines a year warranty that can be extended by the user for another year by registering the machine here.

Certified quality Hydraulic Piping Services

Engineering Access offers excellent product quality, which is why we work hard to exceed our customers’ expectations. Here, we use high-quality materials throughout the manufacturing process and can ensure consistent quality of our high-pressure hoses due to strict production and testing guidelines. Since our hose products are manufactured and inspected according to industry standards, a large number of our products are certified according to current standards.

Engineering Access has also been certified guarantees the complete documentation of the processes. Thanks to the company’s proven QM system, all raw materials used in production can be traced at any time.

Two pipes self-balancing hydraulic modules

Engineering Access Mod hydraulic module for integrated radiator valves integrates two functions:
Auto-balancing (setting/limitation of flow rate).Radiator isolation. It integrates an internal pressure regulator that maintains the differential pressure at a constant flow in a radiator with integrated valves.
It is available in right angle, design, left angle and straight shapes.

Every Engineering Access thermostatic valves are manufactured in our Abbeville factory, in Chennai.

  • Better room temperature control – Increased user comfort.
  • Limits legwork calculations: no calculation of Kv coefficient or valve authority.
  • Silent installation for the user.
  • Quick to install Aesthetics: radiator inlet and outlet are connected to the hydraulic module.
  • Engineering Access was responsible for the engineering and supply the process equipment for the large-diameter pipe production facility, Larsen & Toubro Limited for the civil works, balance-of-plant and erection of the equipment.

Besides the engineering and project planning, scheduling and coordination, SMS group supplied all core machines and the process equipment including workshops, laboratories and a manufacturing execution system. The production line comprises an edge milling machine, a crimping press, a second-generation Engineering Access pipe forming press with modular frame design, tack-welding machine, inside and outside welding machines, mechanical expander and a hydrostatic pipe tester.

Engineering Access pipe forming process provides numerous benefits. For example, the plant operator can quickly change over to other pipe dimensions allowing even smaller batch sizes to be produced economically and with utmost precision. The Shape Automation System developed by Engineering Access directly determines the optimal machine parameters and fully automatically controls the forming process. The system minimizes the effect of yield strength deviations in the plates during forming guaranteeing a consistently high pipe quality.

Key Aspects of Hydraulic Piping Services

Hydraulic piping services refer to the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems and their associated pipelines or piping. Hydraulic systems use pressurized fluid, typically oil, to transmit power and control machinery. These systems are widely used in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and transportation, to operate heavy equipment, control machinery, and perform various tasks.

Here are some key aspects of hydraulic piping services:

  • Design and Engineering
  • Piping Installation
  • Component Selection
  • Maintenance
  • Repairs
  • Upgrades and Retrofits
  • Testing and Troubleshooting
  • Safety Considerations
  • Environmental Compliance

Customization:

It’s important to hire experienced professionals for hydraulic piping services to ensure that your hydraulic systems are designed, installed, and maintained correctly. Properly functioning hydraulic systems can improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.

Leading Stockiest and Services of Hydraulic piping and Fittings, Tubes, Couplings, Clamps in Chennai

Engineering Access is one of the largest supplier with an expansive selection of Hose, Hose fittings, Hose couplings & connections, Adaptors and Hose clamp products. Engineering Accessis the largest stockiest of Polyphone and Ital Flex in the Middle East. With a keen sense of the customer’s needs and the requirements of different markets, back by strong testing capabilities, Engineering Access has emerged to be a preferred supplier.

Engineering Access pipe forming press and the crimping press are equipped with variable speed pumps (VSP), assuring an efficient hydraulic system, that dispenses with any proportional valves. As a result, abrasion is reduced and hydraulic pressure losses minimized. Further benefits include short piping paths and small oil tanks and the possibility to feed compression energy back into the network as electrical energy. Compared to conventional hydraulic systems, this reduces energy consumption by up to 50 percent.

FAQS

Hydraulic pipe provides transportation for fluid from one component to another. The three main liquids that will pass through a hydraulic pipe include petroleum oil, synthetic oil, and liquid with a high water content. Also, it is a very important part of the hydraulic system.

Black steel pipe is a common, versatile type of pipe that is commonly used in hydraulic applications.

Most systems require schedule 40 pipe for suction and return lines but schedule 80 or 160 pipes for pressure lines, depending on the system pressure. The higher schedule pipe has thicker walls to contain the force of the higher pressure, thus the higher schedule pipe has a smaller inside diameter.

What is Process Piping? Process piping comprises all the pipes, valves, and control instruments that regulate fluid and gas movement in industrial operations. Process piping systems are often used to move, separate, mix, or pressurize these media, preparing them for use in various industrial processes.

Materials Used in Hydraulic Piping: Plastic, metal, and rubber are the primary materials used to produce hydraulic piping.

Pipe schedule (SCH) is how the wall thickness of a pipe is described. It is not an actual measurement, but a guide number based on a wall thickness formula.
